Terms of use
Last updated 4 October 2026
These terms cover theafricanfactor.co, the free Diaspora Readiness Self-Assessment and The African Factor Legacy Framework, all provided by The African Factor™. By using the site or buying the Framework you agree to them.
What the assessment is
The assessment and the Framework are tools for self-reflection and planning. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, immigration or medical advice. Decisions you make about moving to or investing in Africa are yours; take professional advice where it matters.
Buying the Framework
- The price is shown before you pay, in US dollars, as a single payment.
- The Framework is a digital product, available immediately after payment, online and as a download.
Your licence
When you buy the Framework you may use it for your own personal planning, on your own devices, for as long as you like. You may not share, resell, republish or distribute it, in whole or in part. All content on the site is owned by The African Factor; “The African Factor” and “Legacy Framework” are its marks.
Availability
We work to keep the site available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to the site or the Framework is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above will change. Questions: hello@theafricanfactor.co.
